β€’ The Virtual Support Specialist is responsible for providing tailored suggestions and solutions through consultative selling. β€’ The role involves creating, maintaining, and improving customer relationships while interacting with associates and customers. β€’ This role is responsible for qualifying new customers and assisting them with inquiries, project follow-ups, and obtaining payments.

Requirements

β€’ Must be eighteen years of age or older. β€’ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Consultative selling experience. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication. β€’ Passion for providing customers excellent service to meet their unique needs. β€’ 3+ years Design and Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales or Trade Experience. β€’ Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, ESVS and other related computer systems. β€’ Advanced knowledge of door and window design and installation. β€’ Must adhere to work schedule. β€’ Exemplary organization skills. β€’ Ability to perform responsibilities of the role with minimal supervision.
