Description

• NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be within Europe. • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent. • You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, priorities, and long-term goals. • You’ll provide insights into current market trends and talent availability. • You’ll be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, providing excellent candidate experience, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, DevOps, Product Management, etc.). • Proven expertise in sourcing top tech talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific platforms and networks. • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborate on defining role requirements, and advise on market trends and candidate availability. • Skilled at assessing technical skills and company values fit, with experience using various interview techniques and assessment tools for evaluating tech candidates. • Strong pipeline-building skills, with experience in proactive talent sourcing and creating long-term connections with passive candidates in the tech sector. • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage the hiring process and provide a streamlined, data-driven recruitment experience.
