•7+ years of experience leading operations at a high-growth healthcare or digital health company, with at least 2 years interacting with a clinical workforce •3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high performing cross-functional teams. •Success in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company: Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid, accurate decision-making and execution •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting complex information to cross-functional teams, clinical teams, and other executive stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. •Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management with a proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and exercise sound judgment in decision-making. •Highly adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment
