Description
•Lead key operational initiatives to expand care delivered through Hims & Hers platform. •Focus on enhancing telemedicine practice’s efficiency and quality. •Identify opportunities for improvement and develop scalable operational processes. •Act as strategic thought partner for Medical Group and Care Operations. •Identify issues and execute analyses to translate data into meaningful insights. •Coordinate with Medical Directors to enhance performance and efficiency. •Develop and launch processes aimed at improving the operations of teams. •Orchestrate multiple projects that support Medical Group goals. •Develop systems and tools for evaluating and managing provider performance. •Support ongoing compliance with policies and practices. •Challenge status quo and drive high-impact decisions. •Be an extraordinary team member with a coaching mindset.
Requirements
•7+ years of experience leading operations at a high-growth healthcare or digital health company, with at least 2 years interacting with a clinical workforce •3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high performing cross-functional teams. •Success in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company: Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid, accurate decision-making and execution •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting complex information to cross-functional teams, clinical teams, and other executive stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. •Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management with a proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and exercise sound judgment in decision-making. •Highly adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment
