• Process Mapping — Document all operational workflows across finance, admin, student management, and HR. Identify bottlenecks and manual processes ripe for automation. • Bank Reconciliation Automation — Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Online AI) to automate our bank reconciliation process end-to-end. • AI Software Evaluation — Research and shortlist best-in-class AI tools across LMS, CRM, ERP, accounting, and operations. Present a scored comparison with licensing costs and ROI estimates. • Dashboard & Reporting — Build live management dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent) covering enrollment, revenue, attendance, and certification pass rates. • Automation Implementation — Design and deploy workflow automations using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual admin tasks. • Data Standards — Establish data collection, storage, naming, and reporting standards across all departments from Day 1. • Vendor Management — Evaluate software vendors, negotiate trial licenses, manage relationships, and present recommendations to management. • ROI Tracking — Measure and report the cost and time savings from each automation initiative quarterly.
• 4 – 6 years preferred; exceptional fresh graduates considered • Power BI or Tableau — advanced level (dashboard design, DAX formulas) • SQL — comfortable writing queries for data extraction and analysis • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling • Process mapping tools — Lucidchart, Visio, or similar • Working knowledge of AI and automation platforms • Strong written and spoken English — you'll be presenting to senior management • Minimum BS in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, MIS, or equivalent • Python or R for data analysis and scripting (NICE TO HAVE) • Experience with accounting software: QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or SAP (NICE TO HAVE) • Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, Oracle, SAP) (NICE TO HAVE) • Background in EdTech, training, or education management (NICE TO HAVE) • Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification (NICE TO HAVE) • Any Google, Tableau, or analytics certification (NICE TO HAVE)
