Description

• Manage implementations from start to finish on HST Pathways platforms. • Act as primary contact for clients regarding product implementation and training. • Facilitate and lead entire implementation and training process. • Responsible for project tracking materials and database configuration. • Provide onsite and remote training for end users. • Identify and address at-risk projects proactively. • Develop and maintain product expertise and training materials.

Requirements

• RN Degree – Associates required; Bachelor’s preferred • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) strongly preferred. • Proficient in MS Office and related products • Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Ambulatory Surgery Centers preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage many ongoing activities and tasks in a dynamic environment • Experience implementing SaaS solutions and training end users preferred • Ability to travel 50%
