• HubSpot is seeking a Director of Global Compensation Programs to improve skill development and employee retention. • Responsible for designing job architecture framework and annual compensation processes. • Collaborates with various stakeholders for effective compensation program administration. • Analyzes and implements strategies to support talent acquisition and retention goals. • Ensures compliance with federal and local regulations regarding compensation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation management at enterprise-level companies. • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity is preferable. • Proficiency in compensation management software and HRIS systems (i.e. Workday). • Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and change management.
