• Searching for a design leader for the UX team to shape product line vision. • Lead and develop a team of product designers and UX researchers. • Partner with product management and engineering on strategic design projects. • Major impact on HubSpot’s Growth product line critical to business strategy. • Development of a PLG design system for consistent customer experiences. • Influence platform experience pillars with a PLG perspective to drive customer growth.

Requirements

• Direct experience leading design for scaled product-led growth teams in B2C, B2B, or both. • Strong point of view on applied PLG design quality and evidence of setting high standards. • Excellence in using experimentation and data-driven design decision-making. • Experience creating and maintaining a design system, inclusive of PLG design language and patterns. • Proficient in coaching designers for impact for customers and business through feedback. • Experience with governance and quality guardrails for scaled platforms. • Ability to manage complex scenarios and drive clarity from ambiguity. • Co-create design strategy with peer leaders and designers to influence execution. • Several years building and scaling high-performing teams of designers and leads. • Experience partnering with product and engineering leaders on objectives and strategies.
