Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a People Operations / Global Employment Specialist or similar • B2+ English proficiency • Demonstrated expertise in official employment operations • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with providers and partners • Experience managing visa and work permit processes • Effective communication and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail, adaptability, and consistency in work • Ability to create clear, readable, and user-friendly policies and guides
