Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid background in revenue operations, sales operations, or commission calculations • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent analytical and system skills, with the ability to work through complex data and maintain high attention to detail • Strong self-organization skills and the ability to deliver results independently
