• Provide comprehensive marketing support for commercial teams • Lead commercial planning activities, ensuring alignment with global marketing, sales teams, and other key functions • Develop and execute marketing launch plans for product or service introductions • Create, implement, and optimize channel plans across digital, social, and traditional media • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns • Plan and execute quarterly promotions and targeted programs • Collaborate to develop and refine training materials • Create and manage a comprehensive suite of sales and marketing materials • Oversee tradeshow plans, including budgeting, logistics, and event-specific promotions • Source and analyze competitive intelligence
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred • 3+ years in Business-to-Business Marketing role, preferably at Pharma or Medical devices industries • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Cultural sensitivity • Proven ability to lead project teams which are highly matrixed and cross functional • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong presentation skills
