Description

• Responsible for managing iiPay’s relationship with clients • Ensure highest payroll service delivery • Build strong relationships with stakeholders • Responsible for client governance • Drive continuous improvement • Manage opportunities for client growth and revenue generation • Provide an excellent customer service experience • Responsible for client retention and contract renewal • Manage client challenges and escalations for timely resolution

Requirements

• 3-5 years of client service management experience • 2-3 years’ experience within the payroll industry • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and client projects • Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player • Motivated self-starter • Technical knowledge and expertise in multiple software solutions • Experience managing service contracts and establishing trusted relationships • Demonstrated leadership and excellent verbal and written communications skills • Great communication and presentation skills • Excellent listening and effective negotiation skills • Experience with international clients both small and large • Understanding of working with many cultures and time zones • Highly motivated and driven professional
