β’ Provide strategic business partnership to Brand Leadership focusing on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, culture, team member engagement and conflict management β’ Provide guidance and leadership to a group of HR professionals including hiring, training, performance management and development of team to meet company goals β’ Partner directly with Leadership, Human Resources, and Legal on recommendations to resolve inquiries, concerns, and investigations on escalated matters in line with our company values and employment law β’ Review Employee Relations Cases to ensure compliance and consistency; provide coaching where applicable β’ Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, action plans , change management and team building in partnership with the Brand Senior Vice President β’ Develop programs to increase employee engagement, provide change leadership, talent development, career & succession planning, retention, and supporting process improvements β’ Partner with Brand Senior Vice President in team member engagement initiatives; survey participation, analyzing data gathered, delivering feedback and developing/implementing action plans β’ Serve as subject matter expert on complex issues and appropriately escalates appropriate matters β’ Partner with other HR Leaders as other cross-functional teams across the shared services Human Resources department , on communications, projects, and best practices to drive organizational goals and objectives β’ Establish process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness for HR programs and business partners β’ Stay current and knowledgeable of all local, state and federal employment laws. Communicate and implement changes in process, procedure, and policy as laws change
β’ 10 years of employee relations or other related experience β’ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency β’ Experience in multi-state, multi-unit operations in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry β’ Preferred: merger, acquisition and/or divestiture experience β’ Valid driverβs license
