• The Director of Business Development is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to fuel growth. • Manage negotiation and relationship building with potential clients. • Develop strategies for hospital acquisitions and manage the entire acquisition process. • Work with executive leadership to align property holdings with objectives. • Build and execute effective acquisition strategies. • Conduct due diligence and financial analysis of potential targets. • Lead a cross-functional team and ensure successful integration of acquired companies. • Report to the CEO and serve as a voice of the company.
• Must be flexible to accommodate the needs of the company. • Familiarity with legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to acquisitions. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with project management and coordination. • Proactive, not reactive mindset with solution-oriented perspective. • Passion for pets and their health and well-being.
