Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role or related experience • Expertise in drafting vision and design documents. • Strong proficiency in maintaining high standards for production services. • Rapid coding skills and management of high-traffic production services. • Experience engaging directly with product teams and customers. • Proven ability to mentor a team, influencing a group of 15+ engineers.
