Description

• Establish deep and trusting relationships grounded in solving instructional challenges. • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the context of instructional support. • Maintain relationships with determination through regular contact and presence. • Establish a deep understanding of Instruction Partners services and learning initiatives. • Help develop and execute recruitment strategy to expand Instruction Partners’ network in California and on the West Coast. • Manage inbound leads and build relationships with potential new partners. • Generate connections to new school systems and opportunities. • Manage accounts in Salesforce. • Collaborate with marketing on a regional strategy to generate new leads. • Collaborate with delivery team members to develop and maintain understanding of approach and history.

Requirements

• 8 + years of relevant experience preferred. • Experience solving instructional challenges and/or helping others solve complex instructional challenges. • Deep commitment to Instruction Partners’ Mission and Vision. • Experience growing and maintaining a large network in the education realm, California experience preferred. • Experience in K-12 consulting/consulting sales preferred. • Demonstrated experience establishing trusting relationships grounded in a shared commitment to instructional excellence with and engaging a diverse group of stakeholders. • Working knowledge of school systems, CDE, CCEE, and County Offices; familiarity with system and state leaders and their needs. • Exceptional written and oral communication, and presentation skills. • Detail oriented, highly organized, excellent communicator with great follow through. • Flexibility to travel regularly. • Comfort with working remotely. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Proficiency using Salesforce preferred.
