• Instructure is looking for a rockstar to join our FP&A Strategy Team. • This role is ideal for someone to master elements of strategic decision making and long-range planning through growth initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial insights for new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3-5 years of Investment Banking, FP&A, or analytical experience • Expert modeling skills with the ability to create models from scratch • Strong analytical abilities to manage large data sets and synthesize/present complex information in a structured, cohesive narrative • Strong work ethic, integrity, and productivity • Ability to work non-traditional hours, if needed • Experience in a fast-paced, growth company • Strong communication skills for a successful remote work environment • Strong business partnering skills and holistic view of business strategy, processes, and financial objectives • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment • Demonstrated ability and desire to think creatively and embrace ambiguity • Significant experience in Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides • Exceptional presentation and communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate and deal effectively with all levels of an organization • Bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
