This leader will serve as a trusted advisor, driving people strategies that align with business goals. The role involves shaping organizational design, talent development, and culture transformation while fostering an inclusive and high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including global HRBP leadership. • Expertise in partnering with Sales and Marketing functions. • Proven track record of driving talent and culture strategies in a high-growth, global environment. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset. • Ability to influence and build credibility with executive leaders. • Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
