• Responsible for accelerating adoption of FPGA solutions for India / ASEAN Business Division. • Develop a highly motivated and effective business development and marketing team. • Working across multiple target industries including telecom, military, industrial, data center, broadcast, test, transportation. • Develop a partner ecosystem for generating demand and revenue for Altera FPGA solutions. • Provide product presentations to customers. • Develop marketing material with BU Partners, Sales and Marketing. • Conceptualize customer solutions and translate into requirements. • Understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses. • Provide feedback to the factory on product and strategy issues. • Manage revenue growth and profitability through third-party relationships. • Drive complex business transactions. • Establish deal structures, business models, and understand intellectual property concerns.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related. • 9+ years of experience in Business Development or equivalent (i.e. strategic sales management, regional marketing, or product line management). • Experience in SoC/ASIC/FPGA design lifecycles. • Experience definition, design, and delivery of systems containing FPGA-based technology. • Experience in applications of FPGA technology in one or more of the following markets: telecom, military, industrial, data center, broadcast, test, transportation. • Experience leading virtual and direct teams. • Experience working in a global ecosystem. • Experience developing complex business plans and delivering against P&L goals. • Experience developing marketing plans and marketing collateral. • Experience developing, negotiating, and closing complex business agreements.
