• Create strong relations and close new business leads within the enterprise market (BPO, Taxi Hailing, iGaming, Financial, Insurance, Ecommerce etc.). • Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Establish customer trust. • Understand client business objectives and challenges to present tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring optimal terms and conditions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing account management. • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth. • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on telecommunications or related industries. • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level sales processes and techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales goals. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track progress. • Willingness to travel if needed to meet with clients.
