Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role • Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies (SMPP, TLS, SS7 TCP/IP,VPN) • Experience with network monitoring tools. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (Wireshark, Trace Analyser) • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Experience with SMS & Voice Switches (Alaris SMS)
