Description
• Oversee all areas relating to clients' general ledger. • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting. • Assist clients with budget entry and expense tracking. • Manage year-end 1099 preparation for vendors. • Maintain client-specific documentation and track custom projects. • Communicate regularly with clients and support during audits.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with over 10 years of accounting experience • Extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, General Ledger systems, external audits, and proficiency in Excel, O365, and QuickBooks. • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and effective communication. • Exhibit adaptability, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
