• About Invoca: Invoca is the industry leader and innovator in AI and machine learning-powered Conversation Intelligence. • About the Role: We seek a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to help prioritize new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations that will help our customers drive more revenue. Integrations with other technologies play a key role in delivering customer value. • You Will: Help to define our integration strategy and craft your team’s roadmap, with a focus on delivering high-value integrations. • You Have: At least 5 years experience in SaaS B2B Product Management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in SaaS B2B Product Management. • Comfortable working with a UX team to devise not only good design, but intuitive user experiences. • Exposure to working with enterprise customers with a track record of navigating their complex systems, high security and privacy standards, multiple decision makers, and expectations around customization and service. • Well versed in agile methodologies and tools and experience working in an agile environment. • Clear, structured thinking as well as effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • A combination of business acumen and technical aptitude. • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SFTP / S3 data transfers. Some JavaScript knowledge is a plus. • Deep familiarity with the marketing technology landscape. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to deal with ambiguity and succeed. • Demonstrated skills in gathering detailed requirements, identifying problems that are valuable to solve, evaluating risks, and presenting to different stakeholders. • You are empathetic to individual customers’ needs and can also balance those against broader prioritization needs.
