Description

• Our client accelerates growth for digital businesses by simplifying business banking. • Act as a financial companion to bring efficiency and scalability to payment operations. • Looking for an ambitious Account Executive to drive growth with cross-border companies and channel partners in accounting solutions. • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospects. • Present the platform to prospective clients through online demos, events, and in-person meetings. • Run the entire sales cycle, negotiate agreements, and maintain records in Salesforce. • Develop and nurture solid, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct/outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Experience selling to finance professionals, including Treasury Managers, Heads of Finance, and CFOs. • Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals worth €200K+ annually per client. • Previous experience in B2B fintech sales, particularly in financial products like FX and cards, is advantageous. • Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). • Experienced in running online demo presentations (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • A self-starter with personal drive and ambition. • Proven experience in planning and implementing new business initiatives involving advanced technology. • Enthusiastic and passionate about achieving goals.
