Description

• We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Identity Management Specialist who is an expert in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, configuring Identity Authentication Services (IAS), and managing Identity Provider (IDP) systems. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing user authentication mechanisms across the SuccessFactors suite, ensuring seamless integration with both on-premises and cloud-based identity management systems.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors SSO setup and configuration. • Proven experience with Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Identity Providers (IDP). • In-depth understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and other authentication protocols. • Experience with cloud-based identity management systems and their integration with on-premise systems. • Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices related to identity management. • Familiarity with SAP Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) for managing user access and synchronization. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SSO and authentication issues. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • SAP Certifications in Identity and Access Management or related fields. • Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA). • Familiarity with Federated Identity Management (FIM) and other advanced authentication strategies.
