Requirements

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS/Product Support environment • Cross-function with other teams and deliver customer feedback • Familiarity with communication and CRM toolings • Tech-savvy with a desire to find efficient workflows • Agility to adapt to various situations and switch context • Strong intention to understand the why behind things
