• As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance and assisting sales staff with their daily workload. • Key responsibilities include: Completing daily follow-up phone calls and emails with clients. • Assisting the sales team with their daily workload and coverage during days off. • Responding to inbound phone calls and providing timely responses to new leads. • Following sales processes and maintaining an organized workflow.

Requirements

• Communication: Native English, excellent in writing and speaking, to effectively manage client interactions. • Experience: Customer care/Call center experience. • Availability: Flexible for afternoons/evenings EST, weekends, and holidays, with high-speed internet for remote work. • Skills: Strong in organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and familiarity with European geography. • Adaptability: Versatile in handling client needs, detail-oriented, numerically skilled, and passionate about travel. • Travel experience within Europe.
