• Analyze complex financial data and create insightful reports for leadership. • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders. • Contribute to long-range planning and strategy development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and urgent requests. • Provide discrete and confidential handling of sensitive information. • Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity. • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools. • Support month/quarter/annual reporting, budget, forecast as needed.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with proficiency in financial systems and data extraction • Experience working with large datasets and creating clear, concise reports. • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to build effective PowerPoint decks and communicate complex ideas through storytelling. • Proven experience in strategy development and long-range planning • Strong business partnering skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • Ability to work flexibly across global time zones, including occasional early morning or late evening meetings. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
