Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, ideally within the eCommerce space. • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions and drive upsell opportunities. • Experience upselling and managing client relationships in fashion, beauty, or home brands is a major plus. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly with data-driven insights. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools is a bonus. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
