• Handle SEIS/EIS statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Manage Companies House filings and related regulatory documentation • Process refunds, review expenses, and handle invoicing • Set up and manage nominee entities and manage subscriptions and billing • Facilitate day-to-day accounting tasks, including reconciling invoices in Xero and preparing wire packs • Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring accurate information flow • Proactively identify any discrepancies or issues in financial documents, raising questions as needed

• You're Detail-Oriented: Your ability to pay meticulous attention to small details is crucial, especially when it comes to tasks like reconciling payments, handling filings, and managing various documents • You’re highly conscientious: Your commitment to thoroughness and precision sets you apart, ensuring that every task is approached with a conscientious mindset • You're Organised: Given the diverse set of responsibilities, you excel in efficiently managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritising what is most important for successful outcomes • You're a Brilliant Communicator: Whether in written or verbal form, you understand the importance of effective and clear communication in all aspects of the role • You're Adaptable and a Fast Learner: While we don't expect you to have prior experience in these specific responsibilities, your capacity to adapt to new processes, regulations, and tools with the right coaching is essential • You Take the Initiative: You proactively approach your tasks, demonstrating a willingness to take on whatever is required, particularly when priorities shift
