Description

• Lead the definition of Kahootz Product Roadmap. • Collaborate with the broader team to drive product development aligned with requirements. • Drive continuous improvement in risk management and operational resilience. • Develop and communicate product strategy in alignment with market needs. • Conduct thorough market research to compile a comprehensive product roadmap. • Manage feedback loops across departments to continuously improve product offerings. • Facilitate training sessions to equip internal teams with product knowledge. • Ensure product offerings meet or exceed industry-leading security and compliance standards. • Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Ideally possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or qualified by experience. • A Master’s degree (MBA or related) is a desirable. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Manager (CPM), or similar certification. • Participation in relevant workshops, seminars, or courses on product management, agile methodologies, and industry-specific compliance standards. • Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent). • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance regulations relevant to defence, government, and healthcare sectors. • Extensive experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle. • Experience working in defence, government, or healthcare sectors, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving product initiatives. • Experience in ensuring product compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in high-security environments. • Proven track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with product development and operational processes.
