• Develop and execute strategic sales plans • Work with marketing to develop effective sales materials • Drive new business and outreach initiatives • Ensure effective lead generation and qualification • Conduct discovery calls, present proposals, and negotiate contracts • Own and optimize processes for creating estimates and presentations • Build and maintain relationships with clients • Represent Kalamuna at industry events

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role • Proven track record of B2B sales success • Experience writing winning RFP responses • Strong understanding of web design, UX, and open-source platforms • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven experience understanding customer needs with a consultative approach • Experience managing leads and a sales pipeline • Technical savviness to suggest and integrate new software tools • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT
