Description

• Managing activation and deactivation of licenses for Kantata OX and SX platforms. • Ensuring customers have a seamless experience accessing our software. • Processing customer license orders accurately and efficiently. • Managing license deactivations and terminations. • Maintaining accurate records of all license transactions in Salesforce and internal systems. • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. • Troubleshooting licensing issues and resolving customer inquiries. • Assisting in the development and improvement of license management processes and procedures. • Staying up-to-date on Kantata product offerings and licensing models. • Generating reports on license usage and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry. • Strong understanding of software licensing models and practices. • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience with Kantata OX or SX products (bonus). • Experience with Google Suite (bonus). • Familiarity with software license management tools (bonus).
