• Assist with the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of quality management programs • Coach, mentor, and develop an understanding of Quality systems across program team members • Conduct audits and inspections, present recommendations to leadership • Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation and predictive techniques • Align the quality management function with product and service performance goals • Facilitate and resolve complex issues using business improvement methodologies

Requirements

• US Citizen • Possess a passport book with at least 6 months of validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages • Active or ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maintenance, Business, Quality Assurance, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience as a quality professional • 3+ years of experience related to ISO 9001 programs or operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity and experience in dealing with Government Contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
