• Minimum 15 years’ experience in managing federal government business development teams • Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategies to enter new markets and win new programs • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Strong skill in business writing and communication • Familiarity with managing pipelines and utilizing tools like Salesforce • Experience winning large scale federal government programs over $300M • Proven individual BD and/or Capture experience with demonstrated wins • Experience developing account plans for new business opportunities that led to wins in new business markets
