• Perform financial analysis and prepare underwriting documents for Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy clients • Provide leadership for deal team in approval and execution • Act as credit execution product specialist • Conduct business within moderate risk profile of the bank • Build strong reputation with honesty, critical thinking, and diligence • Proactively assist Relationship Manager in marketing presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years in large corporate commercial banking experience • Experience in Utility/Power/Renewable Energy/Project Finance transactions is highly desirable • Proven track record in identifying, executing, and coordinating comprehensive lending solutions • Competence in financial modeling • Experience negotiating complex legal documents • Strong accounting knowledge • Strong data gathering skills • Solid understanding of basic financial metrics • Appreciation of investment banking and capital markets products • Ability to learn internal data systems and technology • Strong writing and presentation skills • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MSWord is preferred • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
