• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles • Curate an exceptional candidate experience • Provide white-glove partnership and expert guidance to the hiring team • Scale teams in Costa Rica, supporting hiring managers across technical and non-technical disciplines
• Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience • 2+ years of recent recruitment experience at a SaaS or enterprise technology organization • Success in a high-velocity environment where candidate experience is foundational • Experience partnering with other recruiters in a player/coach capacity; eagerness to mentor and build up others around you • Experience with G-Suite and/or Microsoft - we use G-Suite for most day-to-day business operations (Google Calendar, Slides, Docs, and Sheets) • Experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred • Accountability and ownership for metrics of success, with examples of how you have leveraged pipeline metrics to inform your hiring strategy and action • Clear examples of creative storytelling to hook candidates, including stellar written communication and follow-up at each candidate stage
