• EdTech is a game-changing space of opportunities and prospects. • The Laba Group team are pioneers of the EdTech sphere in Eastern Europe. • Currently we are looking for experienced Business Process Analyst Middle + level to enhance organizational efficiency by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes. • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather insights on current processes. • Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Design and re-engineer business processes for efficiency and effectiveness. • Implement automated solutions to streamline operations. • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on new processes.

Requirements

• written and spoken English is at Upper-Intermediate level. • at least 2.5 years of proven experience in business process analysis and improvement. • strong understanding of process design and re-engineering methodology;. • familiarity with automation tools and techniques. • excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. • ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions. • proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Tableau) to interpret process metrics and KPIs. • familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • knowledge of BPMN or similar frameworks to visually represent and communicate processes. • experience in leading workshops and discussions to gather input and drive consensus among stakeholders.
