β€’ We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Lead to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. β€’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. β€’ Ensure the growth of our staffing services. β€’ Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. β€’ Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs. β€’ Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. β€’ Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in sales, preferably in the staffing or virtual assistant industry. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong organizational and time management abilities. β€’ Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. β€’ Own a laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps. β€’ Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
