β’ We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Lead to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. β’ Ensure the growth of our staffing services. β’ Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. β’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. β’ Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs. β’ Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools. β’ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. β’ Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
β’ Proven track record in sales, preferably in the staffing or virtual assistant industry. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities. β’ Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving. β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. β’ Own a laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps. β’ Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
