• Identify and analyze potential change impacts to people, processes, and technology • Conduct assessments to evaluate the organization’s readiness for change • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop change management plans • Engage and communicate with key stakeholders • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans • Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of change initiatives • Foster a positive and supportive culture of change within the organization • Collect and analyze data to measure success and make recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, business administration, human resources, communications or a related field • 4+ years’ related OCM experience • Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree • Ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Working understanding of IT and cybersecurity terms, concepts and technology • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations, identify patterns, and develop appropriate strategies • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed
