• Monitor the security helpdesk inbox and phone on a rota basis to provide timely 1st line security support • Complete Security Operation activities within the UK Security Service Centre • Provide direction and support to Security Operations Administrators • Consolidate escalations and report effectively to the Personnel Security Manager • Provide travel security advice and guidance • Manage minor Security incidents in line with the incident management plan • Review all Data Loss Prevention reports and manage via the incident management process • Support the delivery of education and awareness initiatives • Control all incoming and outgoing visits ensuring denied party screening checks completed • Ensure all required policy, processes and procedures are documented • Meet SLAs and KPIs for the Security Service Centre • Maintain an awareness of compliance with the processes

Requirements

• Clearance to Start BPSS • Clearance for Role SC
