Description
• Support and lead ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects • Maintain and perform continual service improvements on implemented modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, CSM • Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment • Gather and document business and system requirements • Prepare project status reports and presentations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 8+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer • At least 6 years of experience with design, development and support • At least 4 years of experience in leading software development projects • Hand-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Support development in Agile framework • Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery and CSS
