Description
• Support Leidos Energy, Infrastructure, and Automation Operation • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of EIA software applications, systems, and procedures • Develop and automate BTS processes • Troubleshoot user issues in a timely fashion • Provide follow-up reports for root cause analysis and process improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with two or less (2-) years of relevant experience • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and implementing new applications • Working knowledge of SQL databases and proficient in several programming languages • Ability to lift to 30 pounds • Willing to travel to client sites • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
