Description

• Executes implementation and evaluation of comprehensive Security & Safety programs • Manages and coordinates services including alarm monitoring, access control, incident detection and mitigation • Provides guidance to the site security and line level management • Conducts security-related training sessions for employees • Assists in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures • Investigate potential security threats and allegations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience • at least 8 years of experience in physical safety and security • Professional certification (e.g., CPP, PSP, CSSM) • Experience with security system design and maintenance • Experience conducting risk and vulnerability assessments and operational security design/planning • Comfortable leading large cross functional initiatives • Strong written and verbal communication skills
