Description

• Play an integral role in supporting the development of operational solutions • Help support delivery of strategic operational priorities • Be asked to contribute to the design and implementation of data-driven solutions • Work cross-functionally with Digital, People, Finance, Clinical Leadership & Shared Services teams • Build relationships with Operations leaders across the business • Run complex analysis to understand performance drivers across the geographies they lead • Leverage a skillset in data analysis and critical thinking • Drive sustainable business decisions that lead to outcomes that help further our mission

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 1+ year of experience required; experience at a high-growth company preferred • Background in Consulting, Process Improvement, or M&A preferred • Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formula logic, etc.) • Strong technical and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Leadership abilities and the ability to drive change and influence others • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
