Description

• seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team • responsible for driving product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and advocating for user-centric design • operates within a collaborative Squad environment, developing mental health products and services

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management • preferably in consumer-focused digital products within healthcare or SaaS environments • experience in mental health or healthcare technology • experience working in a Squad or Agile environment • familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Google Optimize • experience with OKR setting, value management, and hypothesis-driven experimentation • experience leading teams through complex integrations and large-scale product rollouts • proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and bringing successful consumer products to market • strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • proficiency in web analytics, A/B testing, and CRO • excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
