📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional ticketing service to clients • Maintain and nurture client relationships • Identify opportunities to grow ticket sales and revenue • Plan ticketing strategies for clients • Manage client relationships and contractual obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive ticketing and client relationship experience • Strong communication and presentation skills • English fluency and Japanese proficiency • Ability to develop clear written policies and procedures for Client Managers • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs
