📋 Description
• Deliver services and create events to support clients’ operational needs • Maintain agreed upon service levels and responsibilities • Programme a variety of ticketing work requests • Prepare, create, check and maintain a variety of events and offers • Help train new starters • Liaise effectively with internal departments and external clients • Work within a team to maintain high quality and consistency • Follow rigorous checking procedures for events and offers • Provide tiered support to other departments
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent or professional-level Japanese language skills, both written and verbal, are highly preferred for this role • Good knowledge of spoken and written English • Experience working in a data-driven environment, where attention to detail was imperative • Experience in a fast-paced environment, working in a target driven role • Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Proven experience of learning complex software packages • Experience of working with Clients and establishing relations
