Craft compelling presentations and business cases to demonstrate added value to customers. β’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing high-value needs across various functions and business segments. β’ Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and buyer groups, providing comprehensive organizational recommendations. β’ Develop detailed account plans for prospects and existing customers within assigned territory. β’ Utilize strategic account management techniques to nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring retention and expansion of account spending. β’ Collaborate effectively with internal teams and subject matter experts to facilitate the sales process. β’ Negotiate financially sound agreements that align with the objectives of LivePerson and its customers.
β’ 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales β’ 3+ years of experience selling complex business applications/technology β’ Experience generating pipeline and closing new business β’ Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. β’ Demonstrated ability to build and execute disciplined and comprehensive account strategies. β’ Strong sales acumen with a creative problem-solving approach. β’ Proficiency in forecasting, reporting, and communication. β’ Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and foster productive relationships. β’ Proactive territory management and prospecting skills. β’ Experience in co-selling with partners is a plus. β’ Able to travel to customer locations as needed.
