Description

• Manage all facets of the organizations’ technology infrastructure • Act as a Salesforce Technical Architect and Administrator • Maintain and connect Living Future’s various SaaS platforms • Configure and maintain user accounts, reports, custom fields, dashboards, workflows and other tasks in Salesforce • Lead major grant-funded technology projects • Complete regular internal system audits • Manage Living Future’s domains in GoDaddy • Monitor, update, and maintain email marketing software Pardot • Assist with ongoing maintenance of two Salesforce Experience Cloud sites • Analyze website performance and troubleshoot errors • Train and provide technical support to staff on platforms including Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education • 5+ years Salesforce experience with an emphasis on data architecture connecting multiple SaaS platforms • 3+ years demonstrated experience project managing multiple technology solutions • Previous experience providing enterprise-wide, strategic technology direction and architecture vision for a large portfolio • Experience managing technology for a fully remote workforce • Experience in systems planning, design, development, and maintenance • Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences • Desired Certifications / Experience - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, System Architect, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Pardot Consultant, etc.
