• About us • Love, Bonito is a digital-first company empowering Asian women, with a focus on self-confidence. • We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore. • Founded in 2010 and proudly female-founded with over 65% female representation in leadership roles. • We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and are striving to be a globally thoughtful brand for Asian females. • As a CRM & Loyalty Executive, you will advocate for our customers in all aspects of our CRM and loyalty efforts. • Manage the LBCommunity Rewards program, optimize rewards, and leverage customer data for insights. • Test and implement features that enhance our loyalty program and drive retention. • Engage customers meaningfully, with a passion for fashion and female consumer products. • Strong project management, multitasking, and collaboration skills required. • Support the team in CRM strategy implementation and enhancing the community experience. • Conduct data analysis to derive insights for program optimization.
Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Customer Insights • BA/BS degree in business, engineering, science or other relevant field • Strong logical and analytical thinker • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools • Good to have: Familiarity with web and mobile analytics tools, passion for data and metrics-driven decision-making. SQL knowledge is a strong plus. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team • Reliable, collaborative, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
